Writing Is A Lightning Strike
This workshop invites you to take yourself seriously as a writer, whether you're just starting or looking to deepen your practice. Hosted at Breitenbush Hot Springs, you'll have time to soak, relax, and recharge between sessions, creating space for your writing to emerge in the quiet moments.
Guided by Clementine, an independent writer, this anti-shame, body-centered approach challenges conventional advice to "just show up to the page." Instead, you'll explore how much of the writing process happens away from the page. Through reading, writing, movement, and discussion, you’ll learn to trust your intuition, process, and voice. Bring a notebook or computer and join us in this offline sanctuary for a weekend of creative renewal.

Balancing focused work with moments of complete relaxation, the workshop offers ample time to connect with the natural surroundings—and, of course, enjoy the hot springs!
Designed for all bodies and experience levels, this workshop offers an accessible and transformative experience. By the end of the weekend, you’ll leave equipped with practical tools, including a 40-day meditation practice to support your physical and emotional resilience. You’ll also take home a workbook summarizing key concepts and activities, along with space for your reflections, so you can continue this journey of transformation. This is just the beginning!

Love & Death, Grief & Gratitude: Living the Beauty Way
These times are asking us to be deep people and to increase our capacity to meet a changing world. Touching love and death, grief and gratitude, are the pathways forward. Deepening our awareness of our approaching death and the death of our loved ones helps bring us out of the ‘cultural hypnotic sleepwalk’ we can easily fall into. Learning what ‘dying well’ asks of us points to what we can do now in our lives to live more fully and to live in the beauty way.
It points us to how we can be useful in the care of a dying loved one. Through teachings, group practices and discussions, break-out sessions, movement, dance and song, silent reflective time, we are aided in stepping into the preciousness and sacredness of life, deepening our relationships with self, community and ‘the holy’.
The atmosphere, the pools, the beauty and spaciousness of Breitenbush provide an ideal setting and opportunity to dive deep into touching what is most important.

Loss, Trust, & Change
Nature processes loss naturally, yet our modern lives—marked by long work weeks, industrial food, and technology-mediated communities—can disconnect us from the healing cycles of nature. This disconnection affects how we handle grief, often leaving us feeling isolated and fearful as we struggle to trust systems beyond our control.
We believe that with the right support and encouragement, we can reconnect with nature’s enduring guidance. Join us in the healing presence of Breitenbush as we embrace our individual and communal grief, learning to move with and trust the natural rhythms that have always sustained us.

Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me
This Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me retreat is based on the principle that we have three core desires in a relationship: to be Kissed – which is to be seen, chosen and cherished; to be Bitten – to have adventure, mystery and transcendence; and to be Pet – to experience healing, kindness and security. We explore these fundamental desires in an engaging, relaxing manner, drawing and expanding on your existing strengths. We use positive playful exercises to give you a direct experience and actual practice to bring vitality to your union. Many of the taught skills can be applied to parenting, caregiving, and work relationships.
Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me is based on attachment science and is trauma informed to provide a safe container. Exercises and teaching are designed to accommodate differing personalities and learning styles. You will be working one-on-one with your partner throughout the retreat, while accessing a supportive community. In this retreat you will learn how to cultivate positive and playful communication, how to heal past hurts and soothe one another and finally, how to improve sensuality and sex.

We’ll learn chants and songs together, and in a few days, become a choir!
In the early afternoon, we’ll have free time to explore and relax, then meet again to dive further into the principles of mantra and pranayama and practice our singing. We’ll discover how to listen deeper to our own voice, refine our sound, and cultivate our unique relationship with the spiritual and healing power of mantra from the Sanskrit and Kundalini Yoga traditions.

It is an English-language, international manifestation of a very ancient spiritual lineage.
This retreat will alternate between silent meditation practices and formal rituals each day. During the ritual portions, participants will be instructed in the use of mantras to focus the mind and will engage in co-creating optimal conditions for exalted states of awareness within a relatively short span of time. Awakening Into The Sacred
Yoga is an ancient method of self-healing and self-empowerment. Understanding both the dense physical body and the even more powerful subtle inner body enables us to practice yoga and pranayama as medicine.
Ayurveda also reveals to us an artful way to make wise choices in our lifestyle, daily routine, relationships with food and exercise, the whole of it, for the purposes of healing, vitality, and inner peace.
Retreats are a time to go deeper into your personal practice while supported by a senior teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience.
