Circle Creation: Healing Through Connection
Most of us have strong opinions about many things. Whether it’s politics or parenting or cultural issues, how do we engage with others productively and in integrity with our own values on contentious issues? How can we be heard well and listen well?
Gathering together in circles is a powerful tool to support connection and understanding, a simple, ancient social technology that is beautifully suited to an increasingly polarized world. By taking turns to talk within an intentional structure, we reduce reactivity and increase space for self-regulation and empathy. This age-old format can support the exploration of any theme, whatever your community needs; grief and loss, parenting in the age of technology, identities, aging etc. Circle work is based on the understanding that you are the expert in your own experience and needs. Within that framework it is useful to have a guide not a specialist or professional.
What if the person who can bring your community together is YOU? What if you had the tools and self-awareness to create unifying spaces that can heal and increase compassion focused on our shared humanity? In this workshop you will lean into your ability to be both powerful and vulnerable in an intentional circle format and practice guiding others doing the same. This is mental, spiritual and community health support at its most grassroots level.

Radical Restoration
Experience blissful relaxation as a radical path to self-realization supported by an empowered intention process from the tradition of yoga. Retreat into deeply experiencing peace and contentment. Mindfulness, purpose, intention, and grace often result from the practices of Yoga Nidra, Restorative & Gentle Yoga, and Sound Healing. Yoga Nidra offers an optimal brain wave state while also opening and healing the mind-heart-body so that we can realize our selves more wholly.
Even for people who have struggled with meditation in the past, these practices resonate deeply. Our time together will include 4 practices in restorative yoga/yoga nidra (2 include sound healing and 1 a vikalpa/sankalpa/intention workshop). Paired with soaking in the natural beauty of Breitenbush, you will leave restored in clarity and presence.

Kiss Me, Bite Me, Pet Me
This Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me retreat is based on the principle that we have three core desires in a relationship: to be Kissed – which is to be seen, chosen and cherished; to be Bitten – to have adventure, mystery and transcendence; and to be Pet – to experience healing, kindness and security. We explore these fundamental desires in an engaging, relaxing manner, drawing and expanding on your existing strengths. We use positive playful exercises to give you a direct experience and actual practice to bring vitality to your union. Many of the taught skills can be applied to parenting, caregiving, and work relationships.
Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me is based on attachment science and is trauma informed to provide a safe container. Exercises and teaching are designed to accommodate differing personalities and learning styles. You will be working one-on-one with your partner throughout the retreat, while accessing a supportive community. In this retreat you will learn how to cultivate positive and playful communication, how to heal past hurts and soothe one another and finally, how to improve sensuality and sex.
