Empower Your Voice
Open to all levels of yoga and singing.
In these four days, we will learn and practice ancient and powerful techniques to open our voice and throat chakra, to connect with our root power so we understand how to draw upon this limitless well of divine energy and the sound current that moves through us. This includes a 2-hour yoga practice every morning with pranayama (breath practice), asana (postures & movement), meditation, and chanting. We’ll learn chants and songs together, and in a few days, become a choir!
In the early afternoon, we’ll have free time to explore and relax, then meet again to dive further into the principles of mantra and pranayama and practice our singing. We’ll discover how to listen deeper to our own voice, refine our sound, and cultivate our unique relationship with the spiritual and healing power of mantra from the Sanskrit and Kundalini Yoga traditions.

Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me
This Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me retreat is based on the principle that we have three core desires in a relationship: to be Kissed - which is to be seen, chosen and cherished; to be Bitten - to have adventure, mystery and transcendence; and to be Pet - to experience healing, kindness and security. We explore these fundamental desires in an engaging, relaxing manner, drawing and expanding on your existing strengths. We use positive playful exercises to give you a direct experience and actual practice to bring vitality to your union. Many of the taught skills can be applied to parenting, caregiving, and work relationships.
Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me is based on attachment science and is trauma informed to provide a safe container. Exercises and teaching are designed to accommodate differing personalities and learning styles. You will be working one-on-one with your partner throughout the retreat, while accessing a supportive community. In this retreat you will learn how to cultivate positive and playful communication, how to heal past hurts and soothe one another and finally, how to improve sensuality and sex.

Twilight Yoga Retreat
The International Nath Order is an initiatic lineage whose roots are from many lands. These initiations were digested and passed on as mind/spirit transmission and a body of wisdom. The INO is a modern manifestation of the Kaula and Nath traditions, which does not identify itself as Hindu or Buddhist. It is an English-language, international manifestation of a very ancient spiritual lineage.
This retreat will alternate between silent meditation practices and formal rituals each day. During the ritual portions, participants will be instructed in the use of mantras to focus the mind and will engage in co-creating optimal conditions for exalted states of awareness within a relatively short span of time. You will also learn time-tested meditation techniques that will help you integrate your experiences during the event and well beyond, should you choose to continue using them.
October 19-23

Pratyāhāra:
Cultivation of Inward Focus
Pratyāhāra has been described as “mastery over external influences.” It is a practice which consciously unburdens, regulates, and ultimately heightens our awareness and restores our vitality. A more common definition of pratyāhāra is sensory withdrawal. The implication is that the senses must turn inwards for higher states of meditation to be realized. However, for many of us today, pratyāhāra can be practiced as sensory awareness or discipline.
During this two night retreat, we will immerse ourselves in various practices of yoga, including āsana, prāṇāyāma (breath techniques), meditation, and contemplation. The subject matter of our practices, discussions, and contemplative prompts will be centered in the subject of pratyāhāra. This retreat will be taking place in the late fall, a time when the natural world will be supporting our endeavor of pratyāhāra as there is an organic turning inwards which arises during this time of the year with shorter days and longer periods of darkness.

Living Ayurveda
This is an opportunity for those looking to understand and relate with themselves, others and the world around with greater depth and meaning. Ayurveda provides a foundation, a system of medicine that is truly holistic - all aspects of existence from the most subtle to substantial are included and revered with deep respect.
We will explore Ayurvedic principles through embodied practices of yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises), informed by the classical roots of Ayurveda. The curriculum will include experiential classes on elements, doshas, gunas, agni, daily and seasonal routines, as well as subtle anatomy. Information will be grounded and embodied through Ayuryoga (yoga based on ayurvedic principles appropriate to the season and individual), meditations, chanting, marma (acupressure therapy), and partner/small group work.
This workshop is designed to be transformative internally and provide participants with an Ayurvedic foundation to return home and gently weave Ayurvedic principles into their lives for daily well being. It is open to everyone, from those who are new to those who have experience with Ayurveda and/or yoga.
