Radical Restoration

Experience blissful relaxation as a radical path to self-realization supported by an empowered intention process from the tradition of yoga. Retreat into deeply experiencing peace and contentment. Mindfulness, purpose, intention, and grace often result from the practices of Yoga Nidra, Restorative & Gentle Yoga, and Sound Healing. Yoga Nidra offers an optimal brain wave state while also opening and healing the mind-heart-body so that we can realize our selves more wholly.

Even for people who have struggled with meditation in the past, these practices resonate deeply. Our time together will include 4 practices. Paired with soaking in the natural beauty of Breitenbush, you will leave restored in clarity and presence.

March 7-9

Presented by Stephanie Adams Ruff & Gail Lordi

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Join me for an immersive retreat at Breitenbush Hot Springs—the perfect setting for our Mindfulness and Self Compassion 5-day retreat. MSC is an empirically-based experiential training that strengthens skills of self-compassion, mindfulness and overall well-being.

Our retreat at Breitenbush will be grounding and restorative. We’ll share healthy vegetarian meals, soak in the hot springs, and maybe even plunge into the cold, clear Breitenbush river. A half-day personal retreat day is part of the schedule.

Writing Is A Lightning Strike

This workshop invites you to take yourself seriously as a writer, whether you're just starting or looking to deepen your practice. Hosted at Breitenbush Hot Springs, you'll have time to soak, relax, and recharge between sessions, creating space for your writing to emerge in the quiet moments.

Guided by Clementine, an independent writer, this anti-shame, body-centered approach challenges conventional advice to "just show up to the page." Instead, you'll explore how much of the writing process happens away from the page. Through reading, writing, movement, and discussion, you’ll learn to trust your intuition, process, and voice. Bring a notebook or computer and join us in this offline sanctuary for a weekend of creative renewal.

March 13-16

Presented by Clementine Morrigan

Kundalini Yoga for Stress & Vitality

This immersive Kundalini Yoga workshop invites you to explore the dynamics of stress and vitality, awakening your energy and building resilience through a powerful combination of kriyas, meditations, rebirthing techniques, breathwork, gong baths, and other healing practices. Opening on the night of the Spring Equinox, this workshop aligns with nature’s perfect balance of light and darkness!

You’ll gain deeper self-awareness, uncover insights about your unique stress patterns, learn to tune into your body, regulate your emotions, and reclaim both your energy and sense of self. Balancing focused work with moments of complete relaxation, the workshop offers ample time to connect with the natural surroundings—and, of course, enjoy the hot springs!

Designed for all bodies and experience levels, this workshop offers an accessible and transformative experience. By the end of the weekend, you’ll leave equipped with practical tools, including a 40-day meditation practice to support your physical and emotional resilience. You’ll also take home a workbook summarizing key concepts and activities, along with space for your reflections, so you can continue this journey of transformation. This is just the beginning!

Heart of the Eight Extraordinary Vessels

Dive into the embodied experience of the deepest most energetic channels that tether the soul to physical embodiment. The Eight Extraordinary vessels are the pathways the soul feels through to discern its’ karmic lessons. The Vessels are more than energy meridians in the body. They are energy flows within Nature. They are the energetic rivers of consciousness from which humanity and all life manifests into form.

If you desire to effectively support others to heal in the deepest way possible, we invite you to go further than learning the trajectories, rituals and principles of the Eight Extraordinary Vessels. We invite you to align with their full resonance as they flow through you. Learn to feel and identify the movements and sensations of the 8EV in your life. Mine the history, wounding, trauma and conditioning that has thwarted, crimped, stifled and limited the full expression of the 8EV and their interplay in your life. Immerse yourself in the vibratory power of the Eight Extraordinary Vessels as they manifest uniquely and beautifully through you. Four full days of embodiment exercises, meditations, breathwork, movement, deep inquiry, intuitive refinement and community to uncover the unique and needed gifts only you can offer the world. Love & Death, Grief & Gratitude: Living the Beauty Way

These times are asking us to be deep people and to increase our capacity to meet a changing world. Touching love and death, grief and gratitude, are the pathways forward. Deepening our awareness of our approaching death and the death of our loved ones helps bring us out of the ‘cultural hypnotic sleepwalk’ we can easily fall into.  Learning what ‘dying well’ asks of us points to what we can do now in our lives to live more fully and to live in the beauty way.

It points us to how we can be useful in the care of a dying loved one. Through teachings, group practices and discussions, break-out sessions, movement, dance and song, silent reflective time, we are aided in stepping into the preciousness and sacredness of life, deepening our relationships with self, community and ‘the holy’.

The atmosphere, the pools, the beauty and spaciousness of Breitenbush provide an ideal setting and opportunity to dive deep into touching what is most important.

Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me

This Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me retreat is based on the principle that we have three core desires in a relationship: to be Kissed – which is to be seen, chosen and cherished; to be Bitten – to have adventure, mystery and transcendence; and to be Pet – to experience healing, kindness and security. We explore these fundamental desires in an engaging, relaxing manner, drawing and expanding on your existing strengths. We use positive playful exercises to give you a direct experience and actual practice to bring vitality to your union. Many of the taught skills can be applied to parenting, caregiving, and work relationships.

Kiss Me Bite Me Pet Me is based on attachment science and is trauma informed to provide a safe container. Exercises and teaching are designed to accommodate differing personalities and learning styles. You will be working one-on-one with your partner throughout the retreat, while accessing a supportive community. In this retreat you will learn how to cultivate positive and playful communication, how to heal past hurts and soothe one another and finally, how to improve sensuality and sex.

July 24-27

Presented by Deborah Grace & Adam Cooper
