KEEP IN MIND, AT BREITENBUSH:
Clothing is optional in soaking areas; you may soak nude or in a swimsuit.
We offer a digital detox; no cell service or internet access.
We share a substance-free environment; no alcohol, drugs or intoxicants
To protect the wildlife; we ask that you leave pets at home.
Off-the-grid utilities; limited electricity means no hair dryers or electric kettles.
No open flames, including no camp stoves.
We share a fragrance-free environment; no perfumes, scented lotions, shampoos, soaps, etc.
Pricing Overview
Overnight rates are per person and all-inclusive. Your stay includes cozy overnight accommodations, full 24/7 access to our soaking pools and amenities, and three delicious vegetarian meals per day.
Meals begin with dinner on the day you arrive, followed by three meals per day, and conclude with breakfast and lunch on your departure day.
Arrival is at 3:00 pm (rooms are ready at 4:00 pm). On your final day, please move out of your room by 1:00 pm and depart the land by 3:00 pm.
Did you know? Breitenbush is a worker-owned cooperative, which supports a community of 50+ people. Our prices are thoughtfully chosen to balance accessibility for our beloved guests with maintaining our facilities and infrastructure, stewarding the land and waters, and supporting our community.
Note: Beginning January 19, 2026, our overnight rates will increase.
For the first time in three years, we are increasing our overnight rates. This adjustment will help us continue stewarding the land, caring for our infrastructure, and supporting the people who make Breitenbush a welcoming and healing place.
Until January 18, 2026 you can still book at our current rates*. The prices below reflect our new prices as of January 19th. Our current prices can be seen here.

Rates: Year-Round Accommodations
Grove rooms
The Grove features beautiful, light-filled rooms with adjustable geothermal heat and mountain views. Rooms are available in three configurations: one queen bed; one full bed and one twin bed; or one full bed with a twin bunk.
Grove rooms include outlets with a limited amount of power. Beds are provided with fitted sheets; guests are asked to bring their own additional bedding.

Milky Way
The Milky Way features eclectic, cozy rooms in a lovingly renovated dairy truck with porch entrances overlooking the river. Each room includes either a twin bed or a twin bunk bed, plus a small desk and chair.
Rooms are heated for comfort by adjustable radiators. Beds are provided with fitted sheets; guests are asked to bring their own additional bedding.

Mushroom Yurts
The Mushroom Yurts offer spacious, twenty-foot cloth yurts set beside the river and warmed by adjustable geothermal heat. Each yurt includes two queen beds and is named after a native, forageable mushroom species.
Mushroom Yurts include outlets with a limited amount of power. Beds are provided with fitted sheets; guests are asked to bring their own additional bedding.

Lodge rooms
The Lodge Rooms include two cozy rooms located in the west wing of the Lodge. Each room features one full-size bed, a nightstand, and radiator heat. These rooms are conveniently located near a restroom and are accessible.
As the Lodge is a high-traffic area, these rooms may experience some ambient noise. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.
Lodge rooms include outlets with a limited amount of power. Beds are provided with fitted sheets; guests are asked to bring their own additional bedding.

Bell Hotel
The Bell Hotel is a unique, standalone room located near the Lodge and hot springs. This quiet space includes one queen bed and geothermal radiator heat, and is set apart from other guest accommodations. Its location near the Breitenbush kitchen means guests may enjoy the comforting aromas of meals being prepared.
The Bell Hotel room includes outlets with a limited amount of power. The bed is provided with a fitted sheet; guests are asked to bring their own additional bedding.

Sundial Yurt

Forest Shelter
The Forest Shelter is a beautiful wood-and-stone building nestled in the forest beside the river. This spacious retreat includes two queen beds, adjustable geothermal heat, and a large window overlooking the river and surrounding wilderness.
The Forest Shelter includes outlets with a limited amount of power. Beds are provided with fitted sheets; guests are asked to bring their own additional bedding.

Aviary Tents
The Aviary features canvas tent-cabins named after birds native to the Pacific Northwest, offering a simple, close-to-nature stay. These seasonal spaces are not heated, but do include electricity; our hydroelectric system does not support heaters or other high-voltage electronics.
Each tent-cabin includes either one queen bed, or one queen bed and one full bed, along with a nightstand, a table with chairs, and a covered porch. Beds are provided with fitted sheets; guests are asked to bring their own additional bedding.

Platform Tents
Platform Tents offer an easy, close-to-nature camping experience with ten-by-ten-foot tents already set up on wooden platforms. Nestled in a forested area that remains green following recent wildfires, these tents provide a simple and grounding place to rest.
Tents include two twin-sized foam camping mattresses, with space for up to two additional mattresses upon request. Platform Tents are not heated; fitted sheets are provided, and guests are asked to bring their own bedding.

Bring Your Own Tent Sites
Bring Your Own Tent (BYOT) sites are tucked into the woods along the edge of Strawberry Meadow, offering a simple, close-to-nature camping experience. Each site can accommodate one large tent or two smaller two-person tents.
These sites do not include fire pits, and fires are not permitted.

Personal Vehicle Sites
Personal Vehicle Sites offer a simple option for guests sleeping in camper vans or trucks with small campers. The total length of the vehicle and trailer may not exceed 21 feet, and vehicles and trailers must remain attached.
These sites do not include hookups, and running generators is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Overnight Reservations
We can reschedule your stay once at no charge, if it is more than 72 hours before noon of your arrival date.
Rescheduling more than once, or between 72-24 hours before noon of your arrival date, will incur a $50 service fee.
We are not able to reschedule reservations less than 24 hours before noon of your arrival date.
Canceling Overnight Reservations:
If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before noon of your arrival date, there is a standard $50 service fee. The remainder of the payment will be refunded to you.
If you cancel your reservation between 72-24 hours before noon of your arrival date, there is a standard $50 service fee. The remainder of the payment will be placed on a credit voucher, valid for one year.
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before noon of your arrival date, no refund will be provided.
Day Use Policy:
Day use is non-refundable and non-transferable to a different day.
