[wc_toggle title=”Oct 11 – 14 Adi Vajra & Randy Goetz • Supernal Alchemy: Sound, Energy, and Transformation (CANCELLED)” layout=”box”]

Utilizing sound meditation, yogic meditations, and the natural elements, we will personify the 5 Wisdoms of awakened consciousness. This retreat explores the transmutation of our confused mind into the power of the 5 inner elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Space. Sound baths, meditative journeys, talks, and contact with the elements inspire alchemy at the deepest levels of being.

Adi is a spiritual teacher trained in classical Yoga, Shamanism, Tibetan Buddhism, Enneagram, and Course in Miracles. Reaching beyond the confines of doctrine to the ancient core of true knowledge, he incorporates psychological understanding with the energy of Presence; he emphasizes living with reverence and opening to spiritual transmission in every dimension of life.

Randy weaves together the timeless sounds of Tibetan/crystal bowls, chimes, drum and rattle, flute, guitar and voice to create immersive sonic atmospheres for deep inner journeying. Moved by the sacred, he finds inspiration where inner experience contacts the natural world: amongst mountains, along rivers, under the stars. He is a student of the Earth’s wisdom and explorer of the Great Mystery.

[wc_toggle title=”Oct 23 – 25 Amy Minato • Turning Over Stones:
A Creative Writing Workshop (CANCELLED)” layout=”box”]

Just as we discover those zen-like salamanders hidden under logs, and crawdads under rocks, when we look below the surface of daily life—meaning is revealed. Come be inspired by what you find as we turn over the stones of our lives beneath elder trees and beside the effervescent Breitenbush River. Then practice ways to shape your findings into effective writing. This workshop develops organically with participant interest. Themes we may consider include loss, hope, change, love and spiritual quest. We will weave being outdoors with readings, discussions and writing in a fun, relaxed, supportive atmosphere. [wc_toggle title=”Oct 30 – Nov 1 Mika Smith & Cassidy Geppert • Timeless Loving® (Level 2): SkyDancing® into Bliss (for Couples) (CANCELLED)” layout=”box”]

For millennia, meditators escaped into
the mountains to avoid love and lovers avoided meditation, lest it quench their passion. But in tantra, we find that two in meditation become one in love; passion becomes endless.

In this workshop, you will discover “The Wave,” a transformational tantric practice to enrich your spiritual-sexual intimacy. Using sensual touch, energy and gentle breathing practices, you will connect with yourself and your partner in ways that create deep communion and balance between the masculine and feminine aspects of yourself and your relationship. You will discover oneness between yourself and others, within and beyond the sexual context, experiencing the deep connection between love and meditation. No tantra experience necessary. No explicit sexual content.

Mika Smith and Cassidy Geppert, certified SkyDancing Tantra teachers, have over 30 years experience teaching and practicing the healing arts, including tantra, yoga, massage, breathwork, movement, group process and transformational therapy. Their workshops provide a safe and nurturing environment. Mika and Cassidy were trained by long-time Breitenbush presenters, Steve and Lokita Carter.
